After making the purchase, you will need to locate the QR code on the pack and peel the two-layer sticker to reveal the unique participation code. Simply scan the QR code and visit https://quakerfitrewards.com, fill in your personal details, unique participation code and upload receipt.
Entries and receipts will be verified within 2 business days. Upon verification, you will receive a confirmation email with the rewards page link and steps on how to claim your reward.
